Prisma is a mixed-use development located on Allaman Dervishi Street in Tirana. The project consists of 3 underground levels, dedicated to parking and technical facilities, and 15 above-ground floors accommodating commercial, hospitality, and residential functions. The ground floor is conceived as a transparent commercial space that establishes continuity with the public realm and activates the urban frontage along the street.
The building is characterized by a regular geometric composition, with a modular façade articulated through an exposed structural grid that organizes the rhythm of the openings and emphasizes the verticality of the volume. The extensive use of glazing provides abundant natural daylight and panoramic views of the city, while recessed façade elements create intermediate spaces for balconies and recreational areas. The contrast between the compact tower mass and the transparent ground-floor volume contributes to the development of a clear architectural identity.
From an urban perspective, the project seeks to integrate into the ongoing transformation and densification of Tirana, offering a combination of functions that respond to contemporary demands for living, accommodation, and commercial activity. Through a simple formal language and a rational spatial organization, Prisma represents a contemporary approach to mixed-use building typologies within the evolving urban fabric of the city.
